Traditional West African Dance

West African dance integrates the physical, mental, social and spiritual realms to heal and uplift the emotional self.

In sync with the drums, the rhythm reverberate through the earth into each movement – grounding you, cradling you in mind-body connectiveness.

It is a practice of deep presence through movement and listening and building a healing community. It is a moving release creating space for emotion to flow and creates space for awareness and transformation.

Yoga and Wellness

Every body is a yoga body. This yoga is for you. 1:1 or in small groups, dive into yoga as a healing modality with a focus on linking movement to deep, rhythmic breathing.
